"In the beginning Jerilynne starts with helping you to break down old walls. Those walls you thought you could never destroy - and you think then: "Wow, did I do this? That was since a long time really necessary, why have I been so afraid of it?" Although, Jerilynne gives you the perfect amount of time you need to take to feel safe and secure to do that.

Then, based on a foundation of trust, honesty and with her great kindness, she helps you design and build up what you really want and what fits best for you at this moment. She supports you by giving you a helping hand when one is most needed and while doing that, her great sense of humor turns your seemingly impossible efforts into a way of easy going. She reveals with you what kind of rooms to create in your house here or there. That gives you whether a great new point of view you would have never thought of or she encourages you in your own thoughts. However, she always leaves the choice what to build up on you, let you make your decisions and let you gain your own experiences. The difference is when you feel the doubts, you might fail and this "big thing" is beating you up, Jerilynne is there. She supports you and guides you no matter where, to the dark basement, the unloved second floor or even the step steps to reach the high roof. Step by step you'll finish one part, one room, on floor until your work feels done. Later you probably stand in front of your finished house and you might feel satisfied or you are not, you even like to breakdown old walls again - why? Because now *you know* you can!

In addition I appreciate Jerilynne's methodical and very efficient approach and her support on a high quality level of work in order to finish business projects. Despite all geographical, time and cultural differences we had to face, she is a unique and very professional associate as well as an encouraging and marvelous mentor…and most of all a heartwarming and wonderful friend.
