Why do I think kindness is part of a Kick-Butt-and-Take-Names Life? Because I believe focusing on, building and promoting kindness is the way we're going to create a world full of peace and joy and love and the kinds of positive things we say we want. When we're focused on kindness...small or large, earth shattering in its reach or speaking gentle words to a family member after a tough day...we're creating this beautiful world in a positive way.

Think about it...can you really be hateful and kind in the same moment? Did you know that when you take a stand for kindness in your life (which includes being kind to you), that energy goes out into the world and combines with all the other moments of all the other like-minded people.

If you knew your one act of kindness would be the one to bring peace to the world, would you do it? Celebrate it? Get others to join you?

I believe that is what happens. One person's choices can make all the difference in the world.
