Lynn, of WSBTalkRadio (@WSBTalkRadio on Twitter) created a radio show on BlogTalkRadio.com to help women-owned small business... solopreneurs, mompreneurs, entrepreneurs, and the like. She does interviews with a bunch of different folks, all designed to fulfill her passion for helping. She has gathered a lot of different information and she was kind enough to invite me to return and continue our discussions on kicking businesses into high gear. During this interview, Lynn and I discussed one of those traits that really keeps our businesses from Kicking-Butt-and-Taking-Names: the Beloved Control Freak.

There are many ways to soothe the Beloved Control Freak from EFT to Theta Healing to The Work. During this call we focus on how to love up that scared part of you because, in the end, it is a fear that may no longer be rational or logical and it is there. Ignoring that fear only increases the control it has on you and you stay frozen in place. Nothing gets done because we can't do it all, contrary to popular belief, we can't.
